Staff was amazing from the moment I made the appointment. Organized and very friendly staff. Explain all procedures and pricing. This is the best dental office I have visited and so happy I found them.

I have mixed feelings about writing this review because the front desk staff is always incredibly sweet and welcoming. Additionally, Dr. Dawson did an excellent job on a previous crown for me a few years ago, which is why I trusted this office again. However, my recent experience with my new dental work has been deeply disappointing.I went in for a simple filling and a new crown, paying a significant amount out of pocket. Unfortunately, during the preparation for the new crown, the pulp of my tooth was severely damaged.After the dental fillings the bite was completely off, requiring me to return for four separate adjustments.Despite those adjustments, the tooth never felt right.The ongoing discomfort and stress of this situation have left me feeling too defeated and anxious to even return to the clinic. It is incredibly frustrating to pay so much money for a procedure, only to end up with a damaged tooth and a fear of going back to the chair. While the staff and Dr. Dawson's past work were wonderful, this recent clinical outcome was unacceptable.

I was very nervous to go to the dentist. It’s been a lot of years. Kimmy at the front desk was amazing very friendly, very helpful.. Dr. Saucer. Was amazing, and amazing, at her dental skills I felt, no pain at all, no pain during the procedure they were very kind and compassionate. Heather also was amazing. Kind made me feel very comfortable went out of her way, To make sure I was comfortable. I am so happy I chose this dentist. Everybody was very kind, for someone that, doesn’t go to the dentist and has major anxiety. They made me, Feel very comfortable and at ease and explained everything they were gonna do. I am so glad I chose, Laurich Denistry.

I had a great experience at this Laurich Dentistry! Casey, my hygienist, was awesome—she was friendly, gentle, and made me feel really comfortable throughout my visit. The front desk staff was also incredibly kind and helpful, making the whole process smooth from start to finish. Overall, it was a really positive experience, and I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for great dental care!

My son and I had our first appointment yesterday and both hygienists and doctors were phenomenal!! I wish I could remember their names but I am so happy we finally found a dentist to trust after our old one retired. Honest, thorough, and willing to explain and answer anything! Would recommend this practice to anyone with teeth!
